Who is Harcourts City Sales and Rentals?
We are a progressive inner city real estate office. We have a very succesful sales team, and our business is growing. Our market is inner city Brisbane with particular emphasis on prestige property. We also have a substantial inner city rent roll and some commercial opportunity.
You may find us a little different to many real estate offices. Our emphasis is on using new technology, client satisfaction, and quality service. We are always looking for new ways to ensure that what we deliver is a quality product. Our principal has an IT, accounting and business backgound and spent many years working in UK and Europe.
The numbers are not the main factor in our sales team, but the quality of the people are. Our team is building and we want creative, innovative and enthusiatic people to join us.
What do we offer?
We run a large modern office with great street exposure in Spring Hill. Every inner suburb is within easy reach.
We have a strong local presence and a good reputation. We are building our marketing exposure. Currently we receive around twenty percent of all internet enquiry in our peak suburbs (realestate.com) and this has been growing every month since April 2004. Within the Harcourts office network we have received sales awards for the last three quarters.
We are expanding our presence throughout the inner city and prestige home markets.
We run the integrated Harcourts software suite of HPS (Listing & Sales) and CMS/EMS (Contact Database). For property management we use the RestPro computer system. Our office has implemented an interactive single entry system where all property details are entered once and sales information is generated for all soft and hard copy requirements - web listings, brochures, window cards, flyers etc. We think this is a clear advantage over many of our competitors in our local market. We use all standard real estate information services such as RPData and PDSLive for stats. etc.
We have dedicated sales support staff to free up your time to sell. We employ outside professionals where we need to - photos, web, training etc - so that you can give your best.
We are also part of the Harcourts network. This is the fastest growing network in Australia and gives you access to an enormous resource base to develop your skills. Harcourts head office for Queensland is located right above our office in Spring Hill.
What do you offer?
A good track record in sales is essential. Inner city experience (we believe that this market is unique) would be highly regarded. You need to be computer literate, and most importantly, have an eye for detail. This translates into a better presentation, and a far superior service to the client.
You should be a good communicator, work well in a team, and want to make your mark. Your presentation skills should be excellent.
