Paul Manning is the principal and owner of Harcourts City Sales & Rentals real estate office. He has been involved in real estate in Spring Hill since 1996 when he became the owner of Spring Hill First National, which was previously Ray White Spring Hill. Since this time he has overseen the expansion of both property management and sales, to become what is now Harcourts City Sales & Rentals, a flagship CBD office.

Prior to this, Paul worked in Australia, the UK and US in a technical managerial role as a computer software manager for an international insurance broking company. He has also been involved extensively in small business in Australia. 

Paul brings management acumen and a genuine understanding of client needs to his business dealings, and very much subscribes to the philosophy of “a client for life”.
