Frank has been successfully selling and leasing commercial properties since 1^st March 2005. During this time he has leased properties in Spring Hill and Fortitude Valley to the value of $1.4 million and achieved sales to the value of $5 million. The properties have included commercial offices, retail and light industrial. Frank is on the panel of agent’s for several major property developers/managers in Brisbane. He also receives invitations from other major agencies to work on their listings.

Prior to joining the real-estate industry Frank spent 40 years in the IT Industry managing major projects, consulting and sales support across a wide range of clients including all levels of government, commercial and industrial users. The customer service demands of the IT Industry have proved to be a welcome discipline in dealing with critical nature of leasing or purchasing commercial property.

Frank’s clients have been impressed by the level of service he provides and his ability to understand the underlying business decisions involved in the property acquisition process. He receives many referrals from clients he has worked for.
